By default, recordings made in Zoom are public. To make a private recording, use your browser to log in to Zoom at: https://art.zoom.us

Select "Recordings" from the left hand navigation.

On the Recordings page, locate the recording you wish to make private and click the “Share” button on that row.

The “Share this cloud recording” window should pop open. Activate the “Password protect” toggle and choose a password. Click the “Save” button.
